 Delivery

     AnemonSalon.com can deliver flowers in all areas of Armenia.  Along with your order, the recipient will receive a special free postcard with the text you enter during placing your order.  Orders inside Yerevan are delivered free of charge. Orders outside of Yerevan are charged 100dram per kilometer, which you will see in the shipping charges added to the total price during the checkout.

 We make our deliveries during normal business hours and later hours (9 AM to 12 PM) local Armenian time. However, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they can not be guaranteed. We do not deliver to PO boxes. We may call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time or to see if they are home, unless you specify during order process otherwise. 

Substitution & Cancelation Policy

 In rare cases where certain flowers, toys are not available due to the season, we reserve the right to substitute that certain flower or toy with a different one with same color similarities keeping its total quality and value the same or greater.

  If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out for delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation or any changes to your order.

In case of incomplete/incorrect address, information or phone numbers resulting in a late-delivery, NO REFUND is possible due to the infrastructure costs involved and to the fact that flowers and cakes are perishable products.

  Refund Policy

  If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please let us know soon as possible. We will check into the issue you have and if the flowers are not fresh we will exchange it or issue a full refund. You can refund or exchange the flowers within 24 hours after delivery.

Privacy Policy

 Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and ensure a good delivery. We need your information to contact you with questions or concerns we might have about your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
